Core Web Vitals Optimization

Your site is slow and you know it. We find exactly why and fix it, measured against real user data, not lab scores.

Get Started

Why your site is still slow

You have tried lazy loading images, minifying CSS, and installing a caching plugin. Your PageSpeed score went up but your field data in CrUX still fails. The problem is that lab tools and real users experience your site differently, and most optimization advice targets the wrong metrics.

  • Lab scores look good but field data still fails CWV thresholds
  • Third-party scripts (analytics, chat widgets, ads) destroy performance
  • Layout shifts from web fonts, images without dimensions, or late-loading elements
  • Slow server response times that no frontend optimization can fix
  • Mobile users on 4G connections have a completely different experience than your office WiFi

This is for you if...

Your Core Web Vitals are failing in Google Search Console

You have optimized images and caching but field data is still bad

Your PageSpeed Insights score is green but CrUX data is red

Third-party scripts are slowing your site and you do not know which ones to cut

Your bounce rate on mobile is significantly higher than desktop

You need to pass CWV for a specific business deadline or ranking goal

What we optimize

LCP optimization

Largest Contentful Paint. We fix the critical rendering path so your main content loads fast.

INP optimization

Interaction to Next Paint. We reduce input delay so your site responds instantly to clicks and taps.

CLS elimination

Cumulative Layout Shift. We stop elements from jumping around as the page loads.

Third-party script audit

Identify which scripts are killing your performance and recommend loading strategies.

Mobile-first optimization

CWV is measured on mobile. We optimize for real mobile connections, not fast office WiFi.

How we fix it

  1. Measure

Analyze CrUX field data and lab data across all page types. Identify the worst offenders.

  2. Diagnose

Trace each metric failure to its root cause: server response, render-blocking resources, layout shifts, or JS execution.

  3. Fix and verify

Implement fixes in staging, measure improvement, then deploy. Monitor field data for 28 days to confirm.

Our LCP was 4.8 seconds on mobile. They traced it to a combination of unoptimized hero images and render-blocking third-party scripts. Six weeks later we were at 2.1 seconds and passing all three CWV metrics.

Frequently asked questions

Do Core Web Vitals actually affect rankings?

Yes, but as a tiebreaker rather than a dominant factor. The bigger impact is on user experience and conversion rates. Sites that pass CWV see lower bounce rates and higher engagement.

Why are my lab scores good but field data bad?

Lab tools test on fast hardware with good connections. Field data reflects real users on real devices. We optimize for field data because that is what Google uses.

How long until we see improvement in CrUX data?

CrUX uses a 28-day rolling average. After deploying fixes, expect 4-6 weeks before the data fully reflects the improvement.

Can you fix CWV without changing our design?

Usually yes. Most CWV issues are implementation problems (loading order, image formats, font display) not design problems. We rarely need to change what the page looks like.

Failing Core Web Vitals?

We will tell you exactly what is slow and how to fix it. Specific fixes for your site, not generic advice.
